Intranet tools for Ruhrtalklinik

Rehabilitation for people with mental and/or physical disabilities in Wickede (Ruhr)

We have been supporting the Ruhrtalklinik for many years with an intranet solution that supports different processes on site. We started with a simple solution for processing quality deviation notifications. In the meantime, many processes that were previously documented on paper have been digitally mapped and can thus be processed more easily and quickly. This leaves the RTK staff more time to take care of the patients. The process scope today includes the following functionalities, among others:

  • Training and appointment management
  • Meeting organization with protocol management
  • Apartment occupancy with booking possibility
  • Feedback processes with automatic reporting
  • Warehouse management and ordering

QM system for the Schmallenbach-Haus

Old people's and nursing home in Fröndenberg

For the Schmallenbach-Haus old peopl's and nursing home in Fröndenberg, we have initially developed an internal portal to support quality management. Administrators can organize documents in categories in accordance with the internal quality management and employees have access to them.

In addition, the system has now been expanded to include individual functions for to optimize differenz workflows. This includes, among other things, the completion of forms (for example change notifications) or the organization of repairs and doctor's trips, processes that were previously processed through paper forms.


Registration system for World Robot Olympiad Association

Globally active non-profit organization with headquarters in Singapore

For the WRO Association we have already developed a registration tool some years ago that organizes the registration of teams for the world final of this international robot competition. This also includes the payment processing (e.g. payment via credit card, PayPal) of registration fees.

In the background, organizers of the World Final or administrators can view data and statistics and use them to organize the events. In the meantime the system also extended by individual functions, which support the daily work of the WRO Association (e.g. manage country information).

We have also developed comparable systems for the organisation of registrations and events for other (non-profit-)organizations.
